So....it was OUR bad tonight. We had a friend in town and were desperately seeking somewhere casual to eat. It was getting late but we decided on one of our fast, casual favorites: Freebirds! It was busy when we arrived and, as always, customer service was impeccable. They genuinely want to know how your day was and were so easy to chat with. A while after we started eating they asked if we were okay with someone power washing the outside patio (we were inside the whole time). We thought they were working towards closing at 10:00. Having worked in the restaurant industry, We said 'have at it! We are totally fine! Do what you gotta do!' We left around 9:25 and learned afterwards that they closed at 9:00 on Thursdays!!
