What a great spot to grab a tasty brew and hang out with friends! I am visiting from California (in a location littered with fantastic breweries) and was so excited to find such a great gem on the outskirts of Seattle! I met up with some colleagues of mine that live in Seattle and we enjoyed a lovely chat under the covered patio heaters. We each had different beers (and cider) and all agreed that they were all wonderful. I had a nitro golden stout with coffee and it was fantastic, it was so good I drank it so fast that I didn't even get a photo of it. As you can see with my photo, I also drank the blueberry sour so quickly I got the last drops in the photo! Great vibes, awesome, helpful, and down right lovely staff. One of the folks working there chatted with me about growing up in CA and offered some great recommendations in the area. Will 100% be back upon our next visit (or inevitable move) to town!

An amazing atmosphere for a craft brewery. Staff is very nice and there is always a big selection available. Great little spot.

I have been to about 30 breweries and I haven't come across a concept of a fixed set of beers per flight. The idea behind buying a flight is to choose and try different beers and not force customers to try a fixed set of beers. If I'm not a stout person, I still have to pay for it. It is so pissing off because one of the reasons people go to a brewery and not a bar is to try different beers. While Fremont brewing has got all the glory from Washingtonians how amazing it is, I'm not even gonna compare it to the Northeast breweries I have been to. For a brewery that is supposed to be one of the best around Seattle, FBC is a big letdown. The thing is about beers is that It doesn't have to be amazing. Just try brewing a decent one. I mean the golden pilsner and Giovanni pilsner were basically the same beer. Lush IPA was not lush enough. Most of the beers (including the stupid stout on tap which was forcefully added to the flight) gave all the aroma and hype at the first sip and were flat after you gulp it. No, I'm not asking for a Kolch experience. Just a good beer. The 2 beers which were decent were the Ollie IPA and summer pale ale. Thank god. They got something right!! FBC, if you want to improve customer experience, the first thing is to let people choose what they want in...
