If I could give a zero I would. On Saturday, January 29th I was in the drive thru approximately 9:40pm. It took over 20 minutes for me to get to the speaker box. I watched as the cars in front of me moved along, but I never heard "can I help you". After 5 minutes I drove to the window. The worker had her back turned.
