My ham and cheese sandwich was amazing! Dijon, sautéed onions, perfectly toasted bread, and quality ham.The front end staff was friendly and patient while I figured out what I wanted. They even put sprinkles on my daughter's hot cocoa (she keeps talking about how sweet they were and it made her day).

After hair garnish in my sandwich one time, a wrong order another time, grainy coffee another time, and a general lack of professionalism and hygiene from the serving staff, I've come to the conclusion that Freshy's is not so fresh. Disappointing as this is a convenient and rare gluten-free option near my house. Also disappointing because it would be so easy for a shop to do better.
