What a delight this place is. Run by a friendly husband and wife, they churn out delicious and interesting ice cream (my favs were earl gray and lemon curd with graham cracker) as well as the best french fries I've ever had. They offer an impressive array of inventive fry sauces. And the pup cups were a big hit with the all four dogs who were with me. Social distanced covered outdoor seating available.

Super friendly people straight forward menu. Delicious ice cream, definitely made fresh in small batches, with quality ingredients. we loved the unique flavor options. I didn't get to try the fries.

These guys have ice cream figured out, with diverse and unique flavors. We went to the Tillamook factory the day before our visit to Frite & Scoop and Tillamook ice cream doesn't hold a candle to this place. Also, the rosemary fries are fantastic. If you pass through Astoria you should check them out 100%
