Absolutely love this place. Best hibachi around if you ask me. Been going here since I was a kid. Would highly recommend it!!!

Great service! However, this is neither proper Japanese food, nor grill. The spices and flavor is lacking. More just sautéed vegetables and grilled meats. I’d save up for a sushi place any day of the night. No offense but y’all gotta up your standards knoxville this should not be rated 4.5. Its a 3.4 at best.

Fuji Japanese grill was only open for drive thru.The credit card machine was down and the rice was dry.When I paid cash for two habichi chicken and shrimp , they were given no receipt. Our order had very small portions of shrimp with both orders.
