I thought after sharing this experience directly with the restaurant 2 weeks ago I would have at least been acknowledged. Since that didn't happen I think it's only fair I share it here -This was my first visit to a Fuzzy's Taco Shop. I placed my online order and the receipt said it would be ready at 6:11PM. I promptly arrived at 6:11PM and was told it's not ready - go stand over there. There were several people waiting. The staff cooking the food was extremely loud, yelling out orders and arguing among each other. At one point I heard a woman scream 'ORDER UP' followed by a 10 second pause then a more forceful 'ORDER UP!'. The young woman walks out from the back and says 'YEAH COMING I HEARD YOU'. This back and forth bickering continued as I waited for 20 more minutes, at some points the yelling and bickering from the staff was so ear piercingly loud I almost left. There was an argument over some missing tacos. "WHERE ARE THE 2 TACOS I PUT UP HERE?? WELL I DON'T KNOW BUT THEY ARE GONE NOW!".At around 6:28 I approached the pickup area to examine the receipt of the only order that looked to be ready...
