In my opinion being Mexican this is not authentic Mexican food, I tried this place because of reviews and it is really hard to find an AUTHENTIC Mexican restaurant in Texas. Anyone who knows food would know that the enchiladas they make are microwaved and tortillas are not homemade. The only thin he on my plate that was decent were the beans and rice in addition the food is very over priced especially for something that is microwaved, cheese was not the correct cheese for an authentic enchilada it tasted more like American sa...
