Great experience for my birthday! Not crazy about about caipirinhas but my fiancé and I enjoyed our dining experience. Manager checked on us and asked what we wanted to try which was very kind. Grilled pineapple is delicious!

I don't give many 5 star reviews, ever, but I am compelled to do so for Gauchos Do Sul as the service was absolutely impeccable. All the staff helps all the guests, not just your server. All the meats there were fantastic. Bonus pouts for the Texas Kobe and Filet Mignon. The salad bar had a great selection and that candied bacon was divine. Another great service was my tea never got empty nor did me and my wife have to wait on anything. Where were checked on often and that is always a huge plus as that not only speaks for the staff...
