Booked a dinner reservation for 8:45pm on Feb. 8th. My child became ill at 11am. I immediately attempted to contacted a Disney cast members thru the app to cancel my dinner reservations. They didn’t get back to me for hours and hours, but when they finally did a cancellation fee of $50 had already been charged to my credit card account on file.Disney had over 9 hours to fill that reservation spot, but chose greed over the health and well-being of their staff and patrons.

The food quality and service was terrible. Multiple people at the resort said they've had major problems with supply chain and vendors so that may explain why the food tasted so awful, but the service wasn't great either, maybe because they know they're serving terrible overpriced food?Hate to leave a negative review like this for Disneyland, but it's an honest review and people need to know. Maybe wait to visit until after all of this COVID stuff is finally over and done with.If you do decide to visit now and want to save money and eat good food that doesn't taste old and stale, DO NOT stay at the resort and eat somewhere outside the resort as well!

What an amazing place to relax and enjoy some great food and cocktails while taking a short break from you day in the park. This was my first visit to GCH Craftsman Grill and it won't be my last.I loved leaving the park for a bit and sitting poolside enjoying some great food and drinks. The service was wonderful and the experience far surpassed my expectations of a poolside bar/grill.Being by the pool the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. It is outdoor and depending on the time of day could determine whether or not you have shade or full sun. Good thing the weather in SoCal is amazing.
