Extremely polite and helpful staff, and most importantly, delicious ice cream and milkshakes! If parking nearby was easier, I'd stop by every day!

I mean...it's Gelati Celesti ice cream! How can I not give it 5 stars?! First time at this location - it's the biggest one in the Richmond area, and yet, there is a consistent line. Even on a cold November night. The ice cream is THICK, so if that's not how you like your ice cream, it may not be for you. They have something for everyone - fun and creative flavors, but they also have the staples.
