Great service from Toa. I usually go to this location and never had him as my waiter. He was very pleasant and funny. He catered to our every needs. Thank you for your excellent service. I know you all were probably short staffed but Toa was certainly on it.

I don't know why but this Gen Korean BBQ House is so much different from Ala Moana location. The staff are so much friendlier and efficient, and the food quality are also better - both the banchan and meat. I have only been here twice, one on Valentine's day in 2019 and yesterday (August 25 2021). Both times are busy yet I never felt the need to flag our waiter down because him (Jacob) and his assistant (Jalen) always checked up on us.
