Service was good. I paid for a large bowl with three parts starch.. chose two noodle one rice to go. Got no noodles. Didn’t check till I was home. No one answers the phone. Sucks after a 14 hour work day. I just wanted my order !!!!

Exactly what I was expecting. They do the best covid time way possible for this type of restaurant. Food was just as I was expecting.

Today is mother's day and I tried to order online and was having trouble. So I called in and whoever answered the phone said they would be too busy to take my order. I indicated that I could wait and then he said it would take ten minutes. I said ok and then he said it would be twenty minutes. I said that would be fine. Then he said he was too busy to take my order. I eat there three times a week and the service has now reached an all time low in my book. Thanks for making this mother's day special Genghis Grill. My daughter and I will be eating Panera.
