Genghis Khan Kitchen is open now for dine in. BUT no buffet. offerings: lunch specials/ala carte: seafood, beef, chicken, pork, vegetable & bean curd. served with steam, or fried rice, chow mein +$1. eats: lunch kung pao chicken (7) with chow mein (8) -initial dish looked like sweet & sour, ate 1 piece, it was fish. sent it back. -chow mein was the thin, shoestring kind, so unusual. minimal seasoning, had carrot shreds. didn't need to add any sauces. almost perfect. -kung pao chicken wasn't spicy. had slight peppery taste. minimal breading. small chicken strips had plenty of button mushrooms, celery, bell peppers, carrots, cucumber slices. no excess sugar, salt, oils nor msg tasted. -got orange slices for dessert. 5 stars for fab value. food that's not overseasoned.
