Georgetown Market in Arlington

My plane was delayed and we were told we had 1 hour at least, so I ordered food here. As I was waiting for the food an announcement came on the said all passengers for my flight had to proceed directly to the new gate for IMMEDIATE departure. I asked if the food was ready and explained the announcement. I couldn't wait the 5 minutes for them to finish making the food, so they let me directly exchange for something of equal value from the pre-made items without having to wait or check out again. Best and nicest lady working here!

Be careful about this place if you use a credit card for your transactions.  I purchased a sandwich there for $11 back in August and the charge was posted and paid for with no issues.  However, on reviewing my November credit card statement, I was surprised to see the same exact charge posted AGAIN with a new posting date in November.  I tried calling them but no one answered the phone, only a recording saying there's no one to answer the phone.  I don't know what to think about this - is this just a one time inexplicable mistake someone made, or is this something done on a regular basis to unwitting customers? 11/24/21 morning. I would like to give this place zero stars, but not an option. Their business hours show that they open at 5 am. A long line had gathered outside the half open gate around 5 minutes until 5 am. 3-4 workers were inside. 5 am passes, 5:05, 5:10, 5:22 am.
