Absolutely fantastic customer service! I had the taste with some crab legs all day. I made it to Giant with what I thought was 15 minutes before the seafood counter closed. Imagine my surprise when I get there and the area is absolutely dark. I was crushed. My friend asked someone at the deli counter if there was any way that someone could just get us a few crab legs. I was fully prepared for "no... sorry, we're closed" but instead he pointed us in the direction of the seafood counter and said that someone is already there and would be willing to help us. Ok grocery store as a whole but their produce is awful. It's never fresh and had to find produce products with a decent expiration date (i.e. not already expired or expires in more then a day or two). I end up having to throw a lot away because I get home, cut it open and it's rotten. This hasn't happened just a few times, it's a consistent problem I encounter almost every time I buy produce from this giant.

Giant Food is a great place to grocery shop. We drive the extra miles to go to Giant versus other grocery stores. The store is clean and well put together. The aisles are organized and has things placed in an easy to find manner. What I like about Giant is it helps me get my shopping done quickly and efficiently.
