What happened to their food quality? I used to order a full slab of smoked ribs every week, but the last few slabs are dry and leather tough. It's so upsetting to throw $35 worth in the trash.

The order was served wrong twice and luckily we checked the bag before driving off each time. We had the oxtail plate and 3 meat entree and both were not very flavorful. I've been frequenting Gilbert & Co. FOR a couple of times and I have yet to be disappointed. The one time there was a mix up in my order they gladly fixed it. They can count on me to be a returning customer!!
