(Edited to reflect that the chef is ADAM, sorry!):The Ginger Noodle Bar is the Best restaurant at Viejas, hands down! Manager BK and crew (particularly waitress Christina and sous chef Kevin (who really “runs the place and keeps everything going smoothly”), and cook Andy and chef Adam) are AWESOME.
