Unacceptable... I called this Giordano's 9 times today and each time i was hung up on. Even the website says they don't accept online orders at this time.. I will not be returning to this Giordano's location which is really disappointing.

Not horrible, but the staff needs training. Food was good even with the slow unresponsive service (seemed likely due to poor or very little training). One employee was quite obviously terminated while waiting on my dinner as the entire restaurant heard the exchange. Spoke with the owner before leaving and understood his frustration with a problem employee but i don't agree with the verbal exchange done where the entire restaurant can witness. I really hope to return and maybe give them another chance as this may have been just a really bad day for all involved.
Today on September 5, 2021 at 2:51pm I ordered a small sausage stuffed pizza under the Name Christina who is my niece and was told the order would be ready in 40 minutes. We got to the 1505 S. At 4:30 I called to find out if my pizza was on it's way and asked for the manager and I spoke to Victoria and she said their computers were down but I was not told that when I went to pick it up. I then explained that I was extremely frustrated at this point and she said they didn't have my address and I specifiacally asked if she could compensate me a salad or something for my INCONVENIENCE and She said " WHAT INCONVENIENCE"!! She then said that I was yelling at her and her staff and because of that she would not compensate me. I know I raised my voice a little due to my frustration and said I shouldn't be charged for my pizza. She said she could not refund my cash money but she could credit my niece Christina's account who lives in Wisconsin and was visiting me. Christina called back and asked for Victoria and she asked if...
