This Place needs several upgrades. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT FOOD AT THIS LOCATION EVEN IF ITS ALL OVER THE INTERNET THAT THEY HAVE FOOD AVAILABLE TO ORDER. I booked the private room at this facility for my birthday and I was disappointed . The minimum to meet is $400 and I booked with a party of 15 people thinking drinks and food the tab would be over $400. My party arrived and everyone was hungry and asked for a menu for food and we were told that food has not been provided for months. That was the first issue, The room also had a weird odor. The songs need to be updated on the play list and the karaoke system needs an update as well , 2 mics were provided and one kept falling apart. The waitress would be gone for periods of time so I had a couple of people leaving out the room going straight to the bar for drinks(Which wasn’t applied to my tab). At the end of the day my friends made the best of a situation and tried to get me to have a good time after all it was my bday celebration.
