I love Godo's cakes. But I'm rating a 1 star all due to the costumer service and in particular, Hilda. I pre-paid a birthday cake via phone call few days prior to picking it up. During pick up, I was asked to pay once more which I forgot that I prepaid before hand. The next day, I was given a phone call and was informed that I was double charged and that I could be either refunded, or have credit for an equivalent order of the same value. The staff I spoke to was Emma. She told me to just come to the store any time for credi...
