Disappointed with the lady in the drive thru last night, she was extremely rude with her tone, especially when I double checked she put down UNsweet tea (past few times they keep giving me sweet tea when I ask for unsweet, and on order at drive thru it still said sweet tea so I asked to make sure) At the window she ignored me several times, I thanked her when she handed me my food, and drinks, and she just looked angry and didnt say a word back. She didnt say thank you for coming, bye, anything at all. Thats not how you treat paying customers, I drive pretty far to eat here, and as someone who also works in customer service its unacceptable to treat people like this.
