I don't know why everyone rates this place so low. We have our Church Brotherhood meeting here every once in a month on Saturday. They have great service and make us welcome. The food is good and we will continue to use this place. They have a wonderful Conference Room but sometimes we have our meeting if it's a small amount with the other customers. You can't beat the service and quality as well as the variety of the food for the price you pay. I really like it.

I don't know what happened to this place but is was atrocious. The food looked horrible the place was a zoo. I do not recommend eating there.

My retired friend came over Sunday night for a visit and requested that we go to Golden Corral for dinner. It's been more than a year since we last set foot in the place, and I quickly remembered why. Yet again, this particular location failed to provide quality food at a reasonable price ($34.20 for one senior and one adult). For starts, both of us had to throw out our steaks. They were so salty, they were not edible. They tasted like they had been soaked in salt brine for days. I ordered my steak medium and it was served medium rare. The grill area was also in dire need of cleaning. Other meat choices for the evening included the ribs, you know those delicious ones you see on TV. Tender, yet tasteless and fatty sums up the rib experiment. After two failed attempts in the meat dept., I tried the catfish nuggets which weren't bad. Side dishes were the same stagnant choices I remembered from a year ago - - I swear not one dish had changed. SALT and more SALT seemed to be the flavor of the evening for everything, including the green bean casserole, the cheesy potatoes, the sweet potato casserole and the macaroni and cheese. Whoever made the sweet potato casserole...
