I worked this location. I know exactly how it should be done and the management (or lack of) should be ashamed of themselves. Maybe I will do the employees a favor and call the health department myself. The bakery is a sad filthy mess. The very little they had on the bar was not labeled correctly. The "baker" took the vanilla handle off because she was too lazy to do her job properly. (I worked bakery, steamers and served) I'm so disappointed in them yeast rolls, and flat cakes, how pathetic. I can't eat majority of the food, I have a low tolerance for yeast and it causes me to instantly become ill because they season EVERYTHING with yeast to make you bloat to feel full, so, I eat the salad. Thankfully I don't live too far because even that made me ill tonight.
