I don’t really do the buffet thing but I do order online and I’ve ordered the bourbon chicken from Golden Corral on a few occasions. Well last night I placed my order and apparently I messed up and ordered a family meal and I’ve previously ordered the from the catering menu. So I called them back after picking up the order and explained that we didn’t receive any rice and the young lady said “no problem I’ll let my manager know “ so I go back and as soon as I get there the manager Bob greets me and immediately says “ma’am I think I know what happened “ and he explains to me the difference in the menu and he was 100 percent right and I was 100 percent wrong but what does Bob do? He says “ I tell you what let’s get you fixed up with a dish of chicken and rice because it’s my goal to make this right “ and that’s just what he did and with such politeness and a promptness and a nice smile. I’m leaving this review because today Bob looked back at my previous orders and took it upon himself to give me a call today to make sure that I was totally aware of the different parts of the menu so the next time I order I won’t miss anything and it will be twice as easy. You really don’t get this kind of great customer service anymore so I’m hoping the powers that be at Golden Corral really appreciate Bob and the great service that he’s providing to their customers. Thank you Bob !
