Hmm. So many good reviews. Not quite as good as I expected. First visit tho'. Gen. Tso's ok. Beef lo mein ok. Pork egg rolls tasty! Close to home so not quite ready to give up on them yet. Nothing was bad enough to keep me from returning.

I love this place we've eaten here for years ever since we first moved to Watervliet which was over 19 years ago the food is delicious prices have gone up but where haven't they gone up so I guess you pay for what you got if it's good it's worth it in this place is good

I don't know why I try other places ... Golden house is consistent and quality. The place is clean, family run with an open kitchen and you can see how clean it is in there. The prices are fair and compared to some of the other places I've tried recently that are much more expensive; the food here is better.
