Great pizza, and good wings.. but Please fix your door dash menu options. Nobody wants the wings drowning in hot sauce and bbq sauce. Everytime I try to order Buffalo or plain wings it gets messed up and gives me bbq hot sauce.

So good.  My mom specifically asks for this pizza when she visits.  I also love their dough.  Not sure why this place only gets 3 stars.  It gets 4.7 on Uber Eats.  Anyways, good stuff.

The most awful experience I've ever had trying to simply order a small pizza and dessert for delivery. The woman who answered the phone was rude from the beginning. No, "Hello," mumbling to herself as she answered 3 other phone calls in less than a minute, and while intermittently putting the phone down, she attempted to get my address, which took no less than three times. I'm a reasonable person, if you asked to put me on hold, stated you were slammed, but still attempted to provide customer service, I'd get it, but this experience was exactly the opposite. Ask I request my small pizza and dessert, she asks me how I'll pay and I respond with a card. This woman audibly sighs, says, "A card. Great. What's the number?" I relied with, "Excuse me, what did you say?" She then raised her voice by 10 octaves and shouted, "Give me the card number!" Like an idiot, I gave it to her, only to realize she never told me the amount she was charging. Mind you, I've looked up their prices and priced my meal. I ask her and she says, "23.xx" something and change. I started to ask why the increase of more than $5 and she hangs up on me. No joke. So, I calm back, she dodged my calls, and finally answers on my fourth attempt with, "What, ma'am?!" I told her I had questions on the price change and that I'd like to know the eta on delivery. She said over an hour or so -- I live across the street! That was just the icing on the cake so I ask her to cancel my order. When asked if she'd refund my card immediately so it doesn't withdraw from my account immediately, to which she says, "Yeah, no, I can't do that," and hung on me again. For the SECOND time.  I will never step foot in Good Guys pizza a...
