My father was craving egg rolls so we took a ride to Good Taste Asian Buffet. We had not been there since the beginning of the covid shutdowns (2020) and thought we'd give it a try again...having eaten there about five times prior to today. It seemed semi busy being lunch time and the waitress seemed nice enough. The soups were good and my father enjoyed the boiled shrimp but as we sampled more dishes, we both noticed that the temps were barely warm on many trays. Some dishes tasted old and rehashed....the fried wontons tasted rancid. The green jello had bits of sour powder all in it...lol...not having been mixed very well. My father sadly reported that the ice cream cup tasted off and couldn't finish it. Looking around, the decor seems tired, the restrooms in need of a deep cleaning/remodeling and the once beautiful water fountain feature no longer working but...
