Love the look and feel of this place. Used to drive there just for their rolls and gravy. On our visit this week it seems like they might have changed the gravy because it wasn't at all like it used to be, much to my disappointment. Even though the gravy disappointed I enjoyed most of my food.

This place is terrible I'm not sure how they got so many great reviews maybe at one time they were good. The waitress was super nice but the food was awful. The famous chicken fried steak was awful and the potatoes were dry. I would pass on this place.

Best chicken fried steak in Texas. My family has enjoyed eating here at Goodson's Cafe. Large menu to choose from and delicious food!
