Phoned in an order during lunchtime. Requested a chicken burrito with chicken, cheese and avocado, cut in half and a side of sour cream. Nothing else. A simple order, indeed. I had the order taker even repeat my order back to me to insure accuracy. Took it to go as I didn't have time to dine in. Opened it up and right away saw it wasn't cut in half. Next, instead of the sour cream on the side, as requested, it was in the burrito. I'm lactose intolerant so...
