Taste, service, portion, price, authenticity 10/10!! Only thing I have to say is that maybe since the soup is hot/spice the cold water would be great!! It was amazing tho!

Stumbled on this place accidentally, but I have to say the food is absolutely amazing!! Coming from the Bay Area, I didn't expect to find such authentic and delicious Taiwanese food in Seattle but Gourmet Noodle Bowl really exceeded all expectations. The staff are extremely friendly and gave great recommendations. We ordered the braised pork belly with rice, beef noodle soup, onion and egg pancakes, and salt and pepper intestine (highly recommend this one - it's super crispy a...
