Staff is very friendly! Shower did not get very warm though and maintenence staff basically stopped a project in the lobby and left some stuff lying around that should not have been on the Friday we arrived...

I really like the style of that hotel - it’s definitely more unique then majority of the hotels I’ve seen . It got charming arts with sarcastic notes to it which I love. Room itself is spacious clean and well maintained - views from the windows are great . Hotel also has game room , bar and rooftop bar (which unfortunately was closed when I was there) . The location is great, the room was clean, the parking service was nice, and the decor was good. The cafe was also a convenient breakfast option. That’s about all I can say that’s positive. As for the negative… the hot water wasn’t working one morning, they didn’t have a crib set up as requested (and when the did bring one, it wasn’t up to safety standards for babies. They also came with a second crib once my child was asleep and woke her up), some hired workers were not masked (painters), the “fridge” did not get cold at all and smelled like rotten food upon arrival (this didn’t work for storing my breast milk), they woke my baby up a second time when the cleaning crew came even though we asked for a late departure,...
