Lady who answered the phone was beyond rude. Nasty attitude. Hours say they are open until 1am on friday. They stated they were getting ready to close.(8:30pm)... Which I don't mind that but hot dang, the attitude and nastiness was 100% not needed.

Food was cold and soggy after a 2 hour wait. Spoke to management who really didn't seem all that interested in making it up in any way. Offered new cheese sticks if we went to pick them up...after we paid for cheese sticks, french fries, and 35 wings. Being busy is one thing. Being unwilling to make customers happy is another.
