I have been going to Gran Colombia Restaurant since the Fiesta Shopping Center near Clay Road days. Prior to Harvey, my father introduced me to the small and quiant restaurant, and said you must try the "bandeja paisa !!". I was like what is a "bandeja paisa" lol. Either way that has been my go-to plate for five years now.Although I am not Columbian, I have never had a bad experience nor felt unwelcomed. Maybe a little intimidated, because I want to learn more about the culture and language lol. Ironically, some of the menu items remind me of Home in Louisiana.Gran Columbia feels like home, whether in Columbia or any respective place that feels like home to you.

The food was good but not the best I've had. The aroz con pollo could have use more flavor.

Very clean authentic Columbian restaurant. Definitely something to try if you are feeling adventurous. Always a crowd here. They are doing very well. Nice staff and good food.
