Ordered take-out: Basically the pastas are good, pizza not so good, and the customer service is terrible (story below). Let's start with the food: - Their Rigatoni Bolognese - AMAZING. Yummy and delicious. It's what would bring me back to this restaurant, even though sometimes...I just don't like interacting with the person on the phone or the risk of them messing up our orders on DoorDash/Grubhub (they do). - Their Pizza - ehh...the bread was dry. The toppings lacked flavor. I couldn't tell the difference between the arugula pizza and the margherita... I just put mama's lil peppers on them to make it taste better - thank you mama's lil peppers! The take-out story, we ordered 5 dishes and only got 4 (missing 1 pasta dish). Our Door Dash guy said he got everything from the restaurant. We called Gratzi, the lady on the phone came back saying, "I PERSONALLY CHECKED THE ORDER. I PUT TWO PASTAS IN THE BAG! I KNOW IT BECAUSE I DID IT!" Very rudely... Wow ok thanks for accusing your customer of lying to you. But then I responded back with, "We ordered THREE PASTAS NOT TWO." So maybe do your job better... Then she made little or no effort to make it right. Basically a half acknow...

Great food and great service. We are outside on Main street and the staff and patrons were very careful and respectful of our space. loved it.

WHO KNEW?!?!? If you haven’t yet been here, GO!!! The staff, the food, the atmosphere....the EVERYTHING was amazing! It’s well worth the drive from Toledo (which was very easy) and when done, the area is so cool to explore! Next trip in from Florida will definitely include a drive a little further North to Gratzi Ann Arbor! This is my new favorite spot!
