They lost my order and after waiting all day for my cake, I cannot believe someone gave me this cake and charged me full price for it. I'm doing this on behalf of my sister who has tried her hardest to avoid confrontation. Every single year my nephew requests a sugar cookie cake from your company because it's his absolute favorite. This year my sister ordered a sugar cookie baseball themed orange and white cake with Happy Birthday and his name on it. When my sister went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready (25 minute drive) they tell her it isn't ready..she said she would be back later and they say that's fine. She goes again later in the day to pick it up and after having to wait for a while they finally hand her a box and tell her she's all set and gets her payment.
