I never in my life have left a bad review, but after tonight and all my previous bad experiences with Great Dragon I have to. We ordered this evening and had terrible service. The man taking our order seemed to half listen on the phone. I kept having to repeat myself because he seemed to not be paying attention. We out cked up our food and headed home. I checked the order and had to turn around because it was wrong. She took ten to fifteen mins to correct the problems while the rest of our food got cold. We got home and realized they also forgot our soup. I tried to call and inform her of the additional problems and she argued that we had not ordered any soup. I explained that they already messed up most of our order and requested half of our money back for all the issues we ran into. She refused so I tried to reason with her to get anything back and she started yelling at me telling me she would not give me any money back. I hate to do this, but I tried to make it right with them and they refused.
