Nice atmosphere with good food and decent service.I really enjoyed the fish sandwich. It was perfectly blackened and well cooked and balanced. Good side options (fried green tomatoes were decent) and overall good food selection. I would return.

The great southern café, is a fantastic place to go, if you have a large party this is the perfect place they can accommodate large parties 10 or more they do except reservations.The food was exceptional, We started off with the crabcakes and fried green tomatoes, main course, I had the shrimp and grits(ya ya) One of the best things that I’ve had this week ! My wife had the fried pork chop with cheesy grits, and green beans, my son had the pompano with hush puppies fries and coleslaw, he absolutely loved it, FYI , parking can be a little bit challenging, in that area so get there early to find a place to park
