I've have been here several times over the years. 80% of the food is great. If it looks questionable, don't. They have a hot bar for fresh cooked.

We drive about an hour to get to Great Wall Buffet, but it is totally worth it. Great atmosphere and excellent food for the price. I have been to a lot of Asian buffets but this is hands down the best, my search is over.
