I attended the Wednesday night food truck gathering on route 512. When I approached the Greek Street trailer the owner was talking to a couple. I waited patiently for a few minutes while the owner complained about his recent truck purchase. Apparently because of the computer chip shortage he had to travel a great distance, paid sticker price, put $20,000 down and still owes $900 a month. All this while ignoring me. Eventually the lady in front of me asked if I wanted to order food. When I said yes she said it would be a while, they had a lot more to talk about. No apology or explanation. I don't know how the owner expects to make his payments on his truck if he continues to ignore customers.

The gyro was fresh with a slightly tart and sour savory sauce and tender meat but it could be a little cheaper and perhaps a tiny it more seasoning in the sauce might make this even better. Still a fair and tasty deal. I will be returning.
