One of the best restaurants in Ridgewood. Abundance of flavours and choices. Fabulous appetizers, side dishes and entrees. You can go vegan or vegetarian. Watermelon salad is delish, buffalo cauliflower nice and different. Tempeh well seasoned and truffle rigatoni was great. Inside interior is not too charming but don't let that keep you away. I'm not vegan nor vegetarian but I do like great meat or fish alternatives and lots of vegetables and grains, so I will become a regular here. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. My advice; if you like to try something new, explore new food types, great spices and flavours; Green Fusion might just surprise you!
