What an amazing place! it's owned and staffed by dedicated, highly skilled food and beverage artisans. Collectively they curate and create a beautiful selection of charcuterie, (oh that chicken liver mousse! the cheeses!), an elegantly simple menu grounded in fresh farm to table dishes, beautiful bread, an excellent wine list and exciting bespoke beverages.
