Very big disappointment. (Nothing in regards to the excellent food but in management and their customer service). I left 3 messages since my visit here and still have not heard back from anyone. I gave them 2 weeks to reach out or call me back and still nothing. I would think that a higher end place like this would at least reach out and try to rectify the situation or something but they seem to not care. I'm not looking for a free meal or anything since I really enjoyed the food and said I would be back but the fact they just ignored the situations and have not called me back has left a sour taste in my experience.

Headed to Houston last week for a conference. I was invited out to this place with a few of my industry colleagues. What a treat! Their wine list is strong with familiar labels from Napa as well as wonderful old world selections from Bordeaux, Tuscany, etc. We had two bottles of Quintessa Sauv Blanc and a magnum of Joseph Phelps. The som is a level II and will talk to you all night, especially about his love of Spanish reds. For appy's, we ordered the oak fired octopus, which was prepared so well. Sometimes octopus can come out chewy and tough to get through. Not the case here and we ordered it a couple of more times. Loved it! The steaks are specific to prime and wagyu, so you can not go wrong. Some ordered Prime Filet, others ordered the Wagyu New York and added seafood. I ordered the black cod....

First time here and we throuroughly enjoyed it! I came with my parents and fiance for an early dinner before going to the House of Blues to watch Ronny Chieng. Our waiter was okay, I believe he was also the bartender. We were seated in the bar area because they didn't have any reservations or openings until 9pm and we got there at 5:45pm. My dad ordered the 4oz Prime Mignon with the Crab Lump topper but was given the Waygu Mignon. My husband ordered the 8oz New York but was given the 4oz Waygu Mignon. I was the only one at the table that specifically ordered the Japan 4oz Waygu so I'm not sure why everyone else was given the waygu as well. Probably because he wasn't writing anything down? My mom on the other hand ordered the Redfish and was given exactly that. We got thr whipped mashed potatoes, truffle Mac and cheese and the mushrooms for the sides. Luckily, everyone's dishes were very delicious but half the orders were still wrong. Kind of disappointing in that aspect. ** To add insult to injury, we valet my car and to my surprise when...
