It is a weird place. On Friday at 5 pm they say that “they are closed” while all the other business around are working hard and taking orders. From other times I visited, at times out of the regular eating schedule the food is fine. But today it was disappointing and I am not sure if this a red flag on how the things are inside the kitchen.

DELICIOUS. I had the pork arepa and it was just straight tasty. But the best surprise was the guava and cheese pastry! Flaky, sweet, tangy. The best pastry I've had in a while. I will be back.

I don’t know how they do it but this place somehow manages to create food that is satisfying and fresh while also being crazy filling! I’ve never had anything bad on the menu and the yucca fries especially are a standout hit! Simple, fresh, and amazingly executed dishes. I’ve eaten here tons of times and it’s consistent and delicious every time.
