Amazing pizza with dough so soft I want it to be made into a pillow for me to sleep on. A newer popup that started last year and has been at a couple different locations around Seattle! Seriously though, you need to get yourself a slice of their pizza. The dough is tender and has a good chew! My favorite was the anchovy pizza; good balance between the fish and the garlic sauce with a surprise drizzle of hot chili oil. Pepperoni is solid, you know it's a good quality pep when they're little cups! I would also recommend eating the truffle pizza first because the flavor is so light. Eating that after the anchovy and pep was a mistake because both those flavors are bold so I missed a lot of the truffle notes. The menu has been expanding sinc...
