Had my first bowl of their gumbo today and it was delicious! Can’t wait to try other items on their menu!

Enjoyed this food truck while at ErmaRose on yesterday and Lawd....so good! We had the Gumbo, boudain ball and the Sea Swamp meal. Everything was fresh, hot and seasoned well....oh and those crackers they give you with the Gumbo is everything!

The food is absolutely delicious. The owners are very personable and professional. Support Black Businesses. I would recommend Gumbo Xpress for your next event or their around town pop ups.
