I think she's the owner but it was only her and the cook (maybe husband). You order food at the cashier and they bring the food in to go boxes. If you order shaved ice they will bring in the usual bowls. Food is always good, looks like they need more help but lady is very kind and sweet!

Sad I really loved that Guppy's at Cerritos, drove about 30 miles to eat here as its the only surviving Guppy House I know. Order my usual Popcorn chicken with rice and a spicy dumpling. Very disappointed with the food, its true what the other comments are saying.
