Ordered Doordash, paid for an entire entree that wasn't delivered.  Doordash made it right by crediting my account but after over a year of being in a COVID-19 environment and relying on delivery you'd think a restaurant would have it down by now.  Too bad to because their food is good, we just can't get past their lack of attention to detail and charging customers for food that isn't delivered.  Fortunately there are several other burger joints in town that make up for Guy Fieri's lack of customer service.

I wish I could give this a negative star review.. not going to divulge or rant just don't eat here! Raw burger, queso tasted like throw up, pork in the Cuban was worse than beef jerky, couldn't even swallow it. Save yourself the money for this pricey, horrific tasting food and go to McDonald's.

So I saw this available when I got to my hotel and wanted to try something new. First, the Flavortown Fries are awesome. Crunchyness stays there long after they go cold. And the seasoning is perfect, super yummy. The S.W. Steak egg rolls are very good, though a thinner wrapper and more filling would make them the best. I'm not a fan of the cheese dip for the egg rolls, but the spicy ketchup was delish. The queso was really good, liked the jalapenos in it, could've been a bit spicier, but still good. The tortilla chips were great by themselves. But perfect size and not one broke when dipping. The Cuban was pretty good, not enough pickles or mustard. And I've not had potato sticks in sooo long, and the bed of them was nice. The pig poppers, I got to say, they didn't impress me, but then I'm not a popper person. The Italian Stallion was very yummy. Lots of topings and the vinegrette dressing, I wish I could've brought some home. I will definitely be back for more!
