Came here for a more chill after Valentine's Day date night. The food is really good ! And the concept is so cute. You talk, you grill yourself food, it's a whole experience . I took off a star because if it's your first time they speak way too fast to know what they're saying I only caught parts of it. And the cleaning of the areas could be so much better . The front windows was dirty and the place looked like the upkeep was lacking maybe it's an older location not sure. My server was very attentive taking plates away often and always there if we needed more food. The calamari is delicious so good we Ate two orders of it. The mango slush is yummmy also Miso chicken wings were good but my husband wasn't a fan. Shrimp was way too spicy for me and I love spicy and shrimp All the beefs were flavorful just a bit scared to see if I cooked it all the way

Love Gyu-Kaku! The food is always great, service is what it is (CV times), and its always a good place to get your Japanese BBQ fix! I typically come for lunch (have been for dinner before as well) and the deals are great! Depending on how hungry you are or meat preferences, they have different combos you can choose from. The lunch deal for two ($55) is always a good choice to get a variety of different meats and sides to try. Would recommend getting the upgrade (or just ordering) the garlic fried rice, you won't regret it!
