This H‑E‑B is great.....if you're shopping in the store. Their delivery service is a different story, entirely.  I have been using their delivery service, at least once week, for several months. Their packaging is awful and that's when they actually bother to bag the items. The last four deliveries I have received have each included at least one broken egg, usually multiple broken, and today's delivery was no exception. My grocery delivery, this morning, included one broken egg and an open yogurt container that leaked all over other products. Part of the problem is due to poor packaging. The other problem is the geniuses they have making these deliveries. These morons usually just sling the bags onto the front step, and don't give two flying fks about the delicate products inside or if they're breaking things in the process. Better yet, when I call the curbside / delivery department, at this location, to request a refund for the ruined products, I am told there's nothing they can do.  Really?!  There's nothing you can do?!  Well, there's something I can do.
